America's Most Organized™
Professional Organizer
National Contest

Could you possibly be America’s Most Organized™ Professional Organizer? If you would like to enter the America's Most Organized™ Contest, send us an example of your organizational skills. Submit a photo of the space in your home or office you feel is representative of your talents.

The winner will receive paid registration to the 2004 NAPO Conference held in Chicago. The winner will receive national exposure through the America’s Most Organized™ website with a direct link to their site and/or contact information.

To enter, please send us a "before", “during”, and "after" photo of the space you wish to submit. On the back of photos, print your name, address, your job title, a daytime phone, evening phone, and e-mail address (if available).

In addition, participants must submit an essay of no less than 250 words and no more than 500 words describing:

1. The inspiration behind the organizational project
2. The benefits derived as a result of the organized space
3. Any organizational products/systems used
4. An itemized detail of how much the project cost
5. The number of work hours* the project took from start to finish.

*Work hours shall be defined as the total number of hours devoted to the project by all persons who contributed to the project. For example, if three people worked four hours per day for two days then the total work hours would be twenty-four (24). This figure should also include any professional independent contractors such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc. who were hired for or contributed to the project.

All entries should be mailed to America’s Most Organized™, P.O. Box 226501, Miami, Florida 33172 Entries must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2004, to be eligible. You may submit photos of a client space for your entry, but a signed Photo Release must also be included. Only one entry is allowed per individual.

Entries will be judged by an independent, impartial panel of judges based on criteria provided by the contest sponsor, America’s Most Organized™ and which will be weighted as follows:
1.) 25% - Persuasiveness of the essay
2.) 25% - Visual Impact
3.) 35% - Functionality
4.) 15% - Realistic Implementation

The winner will be notified by phone no later than February 28, 2004.

What the AMO attorney wants you to know:
All photographs become property of America’s Most Organized™ and will not be returned. America’s Most Organized™ is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected submissions. No acknowledgement of receipt of entries will be given. The Winner must sign and return any required Affidavits, Release of Liability and Publicity Consent Form within 7 days of receipt of Winner’s Agreement and Verification. Failure to comply with this time limitation will result in automatic disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. The winner must further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth in the Winner’s Agreement and Verification letter. The Publicity Consent form will authorize America’s Most Organized™ to use the applicant's name, likeness, biography and the winning essay for the purpose of promotion.
